RISkier and I couldn't bear the thought of another 3-hour drive starting at 6:00 on a Sunday morning so we decided to go down the road, a 1.5 minute drive, to our local hill in Rhode Island. It was a beautiful day, everything was open, and the snow was nice and soft. We figured out that the best run was Upper Ledges to Yellow Jacket, that minimized the flat spots and we could actually get a nice bunch of turns in without stopping. We skied from around 1:30 to around 4:30, no breaks necessary, and we had fun. I think we did about 371 runs.
