Yep, even with the insulated lines, the water in the mouthpiece will freeze unless you "clear the line." Usually only a problem when it's 10F or below. When it's about -10F, it'll freeze before you make it onto the first lift for the day.
As long as you remember to clear the line, it's no problem and you'll stay well hydrated for the whole day.
A pointer about clearing the line... only blow enough air in to clear the tube. If you keep pumping air into your camelback, it'll pressurize it (air goes to the top in the reservoir and pushes water down and out the tube) and it'll want to squirt water out at you.
On the other hand, it's a hilarious trick to play on friends.
