Boot Deal Hunt--Tecnica Dragon 100

I'm trying to find a killer deal on a boot for my 14 year old son, who's 6'3", 175 lbs.

Looking for the Tecnica Dragon 100 in a 30.5. Let me know where the deals are!

Thanks.

I bought a pair from the boot doctors in Taos. Paid full price, but got the great fitting service and adjustments. Only complaint has been the toepiece breaking: http://forums.epicski.com/showthread.php?t=78638

549 seems to be the median price. You could wait for an REI 20% off coupon (they happen frequently if you're a member), and knock $100 off of them.

Saw that o2 gear shop has them for $429. Don't know anything about that retailer though. http://www.o2gearshop.com/catalog/pr...ucts _id=3006

Has he been fit? That boot runs a size off.

He was fit locally. I'm good on the size.

I actually saw this price early yesterday and ordered from them. Thanks for the reply.

If he was fit locally, why not buy from that person?

I usually do, but the one pair of 30.5's he tried on were already sold and were being held to mount binding and do a release check. They didn't seem to think they'd have this size anytime soon so I went deal hunting.

Tecnica out of them? What about Agent 100's? I can call Tecnica tomorrow.

I'm not sure, but I've got a pair on the way, so I'm good.

Thanks for the offer.

I'd say get him some sootball cleats, then when he gets his D-1 scholarship as a wide out, he can buy YOU some dragons!

He already has football cleats. He's the guy who throws to the wideouts.
