1. Focus on the center of my feet. This focus for many days helped me finally find my center. Instead of trying to stay forward, the awareness approach got me forward. Anything that was needed to get my weight on the center of my feet just happened instead of me focusing on the body part or motion to get there.
2. Focus on continuous shin pressure rolling from 10 o'clock to 2 o'clock (or so) and back. Constant forward pressure on the cuffs in a horseshoe-like pattern.
3. Focus on ankle and knee flexion/extension while #1 and #2 slip into my unconscious.
4. Find that tall, dynamic, truly forward and moving down the hill place where I want to stay forever!
As my primary goal is to improve in bumps, crud and powder - I think this is what I need. There are many other things I have to do, and play with, but I'm trying to stick with this focus for a while. (Angulate more then incline for example.)
