ACL & MCL sprain and bone bruising. Injury date 12/28/08

This is actually great news. No surgery. Can ski with brace now until 4 weeks post injury (no moguls) and everything is OK 8 weeks post-injury.

Told i could go to PT or do my own at the gym.

Prohibited from Squats, and anything with impact like jumping or running (or bumps of course)

I've been stretching for ROM and biking hard for 30 minutes a day.

Now want to add leg strengthening. I want to be ready for when I'm cleared to get off the groomers. Suggestions?
