Good old wood glue is what we use in the shop. If you want to, you can go to an automotive store like Nappa, and get some Loc Tite, but get the blue color NOT THE RED!!! Blue holds great, but you can get them out again. RED... they are in forever for all intents and purposes!
Nasty trick for boarders or skiers with bad mountain attitudes... Lo Tite their skis together, or Loc Tite the boarder's boots to the board! Just kidding.
In college I used ketchup and squirted it into a guy's door lock. (First college year is full of shenanigans we pull on each other!... until dead week roles around, right?) That guy had to use a hot, wet towel to warm up his lock to open the door. When it cool off again it wouldn't lock or unlock! Finally enough of the ketchup wore away and everything went back to normal. Once I used Epoxy on another guy's door. They had to replace the lock. My folks had to pay for it. Boy did I catch it for THAT one! But when we're young and stupid we do things like that.
Also, waking someone up from a dead sleep with a CO2 fire extinguisher was fun. Makes a hullova noise! Great for cool down your beer too!
Sorry for bird-walking here. Just couldn't help myself. I now return you to this thread topic, which is already in progress. - paraphrase Firesign Theater.
