This was posted at 5pm yesterday and nobody jumped on it? WTF
Ok, I'll bite. I was at Copper a few years ago for the season ending, Eenie Weenie Bikini contest. There was a very nice looking young woman skiing down in a thong bottom and tassles for pasties. If this was her version of "Headlights" what is TC's?
I remember when my Wife first started skiing. One of my lesson tips for her was to make believe her Boobs were headlights, and try to keep them pointing down the hill.
Ok? Fire away
I also would like to know what tahoegnar means he steers with his poles? Maybe I've been missing something all these years.
ssh had a similar experience a couple years ago. He was pretty amazed that beginners come back to ski after experiencing rental boots. :
ive skiied for 5 days now its all on rental equipment but my 4th trip i had some boots that fit great and that was the best day i have had. I actually felt in control while blazing down the slopes lol.
Tahoe...those guys in Leather Tele boots may be shredding, but they are fitting it...
I used to be one of those tele guys in leather tele boots, and alpine boots for that matter. Now there hanging on the wall and my buddies and I look back and talk about the old days. You couldnt get me to ski on them now if you payed me.
Did he say he steers with his poles or his POLE? If it's a single pole and in any way related to the headlights discussion, then his pole is longer than mine... by just a bit. And I don't think I would be dragging it in the snow all day long...

Wow this ones getting a little heated, anyway ive got some dirt cheap nordica bsx boots that i bought last year at sports authority (NEVER AGAIN). They were not properly fitted and have side to side slop in the toe box the heel cup doesnt do crap. Theyre way too soft and are prone to folding. I demoed a pair of dalbellos from my ski shop. They fit perfectly had a soft comfortable liner, i felt directly connected to my skis and didnt end up with brused shins or toes at the end of the day. I'll be shedding a little cash this summer to pick up a pair of quality boots. Boots really do make all the difference
