Having received at least 16" of very light fluff overnight, I just had to get in some powder runs today instead of worrking. So, I booked on over to Eville and made the first couple chairs at Holimont. Much to my joy, the bad road conditions kept most everyone away except the locals and a few hardy gutsy 4 wheelers like myself until late morning. Boot to knee deep powder, the blower type, covered everything as the slopes hadn't been groomed since yesterday afternoon. and in many areas next to the woods the wind had collected at least 2 feet of the stuff. As well as a few trails that wasn't open yesterday along with some traills that had ongoing snow making deeper. It was epic for this year. The best for me this year so far. I made at least 8 runs working my way towards Greir without crossing any tracks and countless other runs with just a few tracks in the way. Mindblowing high speed cruising with as few turns as possible. Just wiggle waddle all the way down. If you missed it, too bad.
