I skied Jiminy with my family tonight from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. The ice from early last week was very evident but there was enough snow scattered on the slopes to grip an edge. With the 6 inches of new snow on Wednesday and the favorable snow-making temps over the past five nights, I was a little surprised to see so much ice.

We skied West Way/Grand Slam a few times and spent the rest of the night on Left Bank. Left Bank was groomed between 4:00 - 5:00 PM and was great after that, although by 8:00 PM it was mostly scraped bare.

The large outer parking lot was packed when we drove by at 3:30 PM, so the slopes were likely very crowded during the daylight hours. By 5:00 PM, most of the crowd had left the mountain, leaving us with short lift lines.
