I encountered cold toes for the first time yesterday. It wasn't brutally cold...just over 15 *F and slightly breezy. Normally I would think cold toes are a caused by poor circulation. However, I started the day loosely buckling my boots as I warmed up since I usually end up having to retighten later on any way. Is it possible that not buckling my boots tight enough contributed to my cold toes?
