Well, Head would pair you with a Mojo 12 or Mojo 15 binding based on what you describe (Tyrolia's version of that is called the Peak 12 or Peak 15). They come with a 97mm brake.
If a max DIN of 12 was sufficient (at 9/10 you're just under the max with a good margin) there is also the Head/Tyrolia LD12 (comes with a 93mm brake). I have LD12 bindings on my Monster 77, 78, and 82 skis (yeah, I have way too many of these skis).
Tramdock.com recently had the Peak 12 for $99 and the Peak 15 for $150, which are both outstanding deals. I stocked up on both. You could keep an eye out for a repeat of those deals -- I am pretty sure I saw them up there again once already.
Other than the Mojo / Peak / LD bindings that would pair with the Monsters from a product/branding standpoint, there are a bunch of other good choices out there.
For the Monster 88, a brake of 93-97mm would probably be perfect. You have to choose the brake width to fit the ski in the area where the binding heel piece fits, which is wider than the waist of the ski. That said, you can normally bend brakes to gain 5-10mm width without any problems. Many people bend them even more.
