Chad's Gap is a 120 foot backcountry gap located in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, United States. Chad's Gap is a part of extreme skiing lore and facts about its exact location and the circumstances around its discovery have been reported but have not been fully substantiated.[1] One version of the structure's discovery has it that Chad Zurinskas, a local Utah cook after whom the gap was purportedly named, discovered it as a gap between two piles of mine tailings and arranged with filmmaker Kris Ostness to make the first successful jump.[1] Other versions have that Travis Rice or Candide Thovex made the first successful jump.[1]

and look here it is

Odds are that MFM will beat you down before you can gain even the smallest glimpse of Chad's. If you do manage to get my MFM, I would highly recommend you refrain from taking a break to rip a bowl after your speed check. See exhibit 'Tanner Hall'

NS?

The humor of this place and its members eludes you, and if you only look for negative vibe and stereotype this place, as we admittedly do with NS at times, I'm certain you will find what you were looking for.

haha you caught me

Signed up here more for entertainment than anything else, but I'm starting to like it more here. Nice to get a different side of the sport, you know? Anyways, it's a totally different demographic in these forums and the discussions take on a different view.. I'm starting to warm up to it here.
