I'm a solid skier who likes blacks, but will probably avoid double blacks at snowbird... Thanks.
ran the tram the whole day. unless it gets to a 30 min wait.
ski off the backside of the cirque traverse near the end of the day. that area holds the best snow late in the day.
1-2 days later ...
lift served low angle
Baby thunder chair short but overlooked all the time for good snow.
then hike baldy, traverse out to the bookend and the area that will have the best snow will be thunder bowl.
and FYI dont go to Little Cloud if its snowing at all, if your not use to flat light its piss yourself scary up there in a white out.
