I think you should post you videos on vimeos so I can actually see them
this is for the second video I dont like the first one the angle is weird.
1. Flex - you ankles,knees and hips are seemingly locked. well your knees do flex alittle but those ankles arent doing anything.
2. you have very little upper and lower body seperation. trying to explain how to achieve this over the internet will really not work. but know you need to work on that.
worry about those 2 things first then move on to this.
you have a late edge set which in turns make you COM movement laterally with out forward component. this also makes your turns J shaped, meaning your braking and being defensive at the bottom of the turns. you fix this by moving your COM down the hill all the time and never stop moving it down the hill.
and lastly retraction turns would be more applicable in this situation meaning you absorb your legs and keep your body low to get you COM moving down the hill.
things you did and should keep doing.
looking up and down the hill
your weight is just little back I suspect that once you fix the above it will be where it should be. meaning IE dont change you fore and aft balaance.
pole touches almost there, just alittle bit quicker
