I had a rookie instructor point a guy out one day. He was walking towards the lifts carryiing rear entry boots and a 30 y/o pair of Rossi 210's. The new instructor was chuckling mumbling something about being in the dark ages. We got on the lift behind him. About 10 minutes later we saw the skier coming down the slope in perfect 1980's form, grinning from ear to ear. You have a million opportunities to say nothing, use them all. It isn't our job to fix everyone who skis, it's our job to help anyone who asks. Hope you all have a great season.
