how far can one stretch a Doberman WC 150

HOwdy,
I have a line on a good pair of Doberman wc 150's but the are a size 8 uk. I'm a size 10 1/2-11 depending on the boot. I was wondering just how far one can stretch that boot to get it to fit. Ive seen one of the masters guys take a size 7 uk and make it fit his 10 1/2 size foot. So is it do'able ,or just pass. And as for why the dobermans I'm finally trying to upgrade my old Nordica Gran Pri's Pro RT's that have seen better days.

Thanks for any advice,
Bill in colorado

as long as the shell fit is 5mm or more you should be fine. have you tried one on?
what is this boots sole length vs what you have? if within 10mm you should be fine too (assuming that what you have is OK for size)

I hate the way nordica uses UK vs US sizes. arghhhhh

thanks for the info.
My current Nordica is around 330 and the one I'm looking at is 315, so its close but I'd rather ask some experienced folks. My boot now is a 28.0-28.5 and fit fine, I'm 6'2 255 and love to rip on the ice here in colorado, can you tell I grew up skiing at whiteface/iceface NY??

Thanks for your input, I'm going to try one on tomorrow.

if your current boots fit right dropping 15mm is a LOT. odds are the 325 will be better and more workable

If you wear a size 10.5 shoe, you should be in a 315mm (or smaller) Dobbie. If you like a cush fit then buy a different boot, if you want the type of performance a 150 Dobbie can deliver then I'd check out the 315mm.
