I just benched 535 lbs!

I went into the gym to do some light lifting and cardio for ski conditioning. I was at the bench doing some easy reps, 5 sets of 350 lbs, 10 times. I noticed that a group of women had gathered about 10 feet away. They were pretending to do a stretching routine but they were actually checking me out. So I figured I would show them what I'm all about. I started loading the bar up with 45's. I pretty much used all the 45's in the gym.

By the time I had the bar loaded with 535 lbs all the ladies were just standing there watching me. So I laid down on the bench and adjusted my grip and lifted that sucker right up. Then, with herculean force, I lowered the bar and did 5 reps. The ladies cheered. A couple of them told me I was the most manly man they had ever seen.

Needless to say, I have a few dates lined up for the coming nights.

I benched a 535 pounder once too. I'm not really proud of it . I was pretty drunk . She was great. The ladies cheered me too. I was very cool.

Bench pressing twice your body weight is a good thing. Congrats.

I once bench pressed a guy who was bench pressing 535 pounds. I spun him around and threw him into the air like a baton.

Hey guys. I thought I would post a little video of one of my bench presses from a couple years ago. Enjoy, especially the ladies.

You'd think with all his smarts Chaos would know how to use the YouTube tags so that we can enjoy his most excellent-ness right here, in the comfort of our own forum

Ahh the genius of youtube related videos. The next suggestion was "world record for most T-shirts worn at one time." Now THAT is an important acheivement!

Well, I think in your case all you have to do is stare at the computer screen until it obeys your mental command or risk immediate immolation...but you already knew that!
