Hi everyone, I am new here. I searched the internet and this forum but could not find any reviews of these skis or boots. I a beginner to intermediate skier been on the slopes a few times. I am looking to use my own equipment to better myself in technique and slope difficulty.

Specs:
185cm
95kg
23 years

Fischer 2008 Hybrid H7 Skis w/FS 11 bindings 170cm

Size: 170cm
Sidecut: 118-73-104mm
Turn Radius: 16m

Head Edge+ 11 SH3 Ski Boots 2008 Orange 29.0

Flex rating: 90/80(adjustable)
Material: New PU shell with soft overlapping flaps
Buckles: 2 Double Power Buckles, 4 micro-adjustable alloy buckles, Supermacro ratchet.
Technology: 2-Position Flex Adjustment, Double Canting, Adjustable Rear Spoiler, adjustable wedge arch, SoftWalk heel + grip system, stabilizer frame.
Inner Boot: Superheat 3 (self molding or prepared for quick molding with a heating system), Sanitized, Anatomical footbed, Powerful 35mm Double power velcro strap (effectively a 5th buckle.)
Forefoot boot width: 104mm (C104)

I am just wondering if anyone has any reviews or experience with either of these or know of anyone that does. Any info would be appreciated.

Regarding the boot, I am not too familiar with the "Edge" line fro head, but head does make a solid boot, as does almost every other major manufacturer. Befor you purchase a boot make sure you go to a boot shop and have it sized correctly. Also, check the stiffness. 80-90 flex is quite soft, as a taller/heavier person you may want to explore slightly stiffer boots.

Regarding the ski, I believe that line was originally created for rental and bog box retailers. For a little more money you may be better off going with something from the Fischer Heat line.
