I'd put a plate on them, for sure. That VIST plate would work, and would give you a ton of binding options. As you probably know, 99% of those Racetigers have been skied with a Marker Piston Plate, and Markers. Great ski.

Yeah, I'm a conformist. Mine have the Marker Piston plates. They were pretty much mandated by the rep, tech & coaches.

I would imagine if you bought them through any variation of the race program, ie through the rep channel, then you bought the Marker set-up as well, as Marker and Volkl were cemented together in more ways than one. The race price of the product has also been very good. The skis perform well with that set-up, too. It works! I can't recall seeing anybody racing on a Volkl in the last 5-6 years on anything but Markers. But, you could certainly mount another plate and bindings.
