Keystone was beyond insane today - Page 2

If you're going to ski this Thanksgiving weekend, pack a mellow attitude, and consider the huge lines a "social opportunity".

I plan to watch football and eat Turkey.

I know my limits.

With Keystone having a pretty big park setup right now, all the 12-21 yr old ghetto teens are there... its amazing to see what kids think look cool these days. :

Man, all these ski resorts look the same. I swear I've been to them all. . . . . except I've only been to A-Basin once.

TGIF!
Spent a few hrs at Keystone today, son wanted to meet up with his buds, & figured what the Hay!
Snow still lacking, but have been getting flakes on & off all day! Maybe up to 5" tonight.
As for the lines, we were expecting long waits, here is the view around noon @ the Summit Express & spent most of the day doing laps off the Peru Xpress. Longest line was @ the Montezuma Xpress (maybe 4 mins).
Snow, hard packed & the runs were full!
Copper or Loveland Sunday!

Snowed lightly on and off all day today at Breck. The bit of overnight snowfall helped soften the top of the hard surface of manmade quite nicely. Even got a few small, soft bumps. Crowd was as described by dp.
