Start small, just in your shoes in an open flat area doing a 180.
Then go all the way 360.
Then off a step.
Then maybe the 2nd or 3rd step.
Then on a tramoline or diving board.
Then on a tramp w/skis on.
Then off a small bump.
Then bigger etc....
Or you could just huck yourself off the biggest thing you can find, & maybe kill yourself!
