How to get in contact with BeyondClothing?

Hello,

I am a satisfied owner of BeyondClothing gear from Germany. When i ordered the first time, a few monts ago they replied to emails very fast. But i the last time i don´t get a single answer, that´s sad because i would like to order again, but have a few questions.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with them, to get an answer?

I received a quick response after posting a question using their web Connect Product Question interface (http://beyondclothing.com/connect/product-questions/). You might try that.

Hi PhilPKA,

make sure they bill you in time , i read in another email that you are from Germany.

I too emailed Scott, connect and one other mail and never got a reply .

as i said they messed up my CC payments , the jacket now cost me an extra 100 A$ .

I am totally unhappy with them.

So far no response from them , all i can say to people is to avoid them .

Hello Ralf,

the jackets i bought 2 months ago are awesome and had no problems with the payment. Only the shipping is expensive. The only problem i had WAS the email-thing, but i got a reply very fast after i used the adress above.

i am glad for you everything worked out, i am still waiting for a reply, it's ONLY been 3 weeks now , so much for their so called customer service .

I had been looking to buy one of their jackets but quite frankly I'll take my business elsewhere at this point. I have emailed on 4 different occasions ( not a single response or acknowledgment). I have tried calling but no one ever answers the phone. I requested a catalog ... nothing. Customer Service at this company absolutely SUCKS!! I've got money to spend but it's going elsewhere.

Well, they will not get any business out of me ever again , in fact i am thinking of sending the jacket back to them and instruct my bank to reverse the payment .

They are a bunch of clowns .
