I dont know if this has been posted yet but I found it on youtube the other day and thought that i would share.

its a little compilation of a few different videos.

Just for people who are interested in who the skiers are. I dont know who all of them are but I will name who i know, and anyone who knows please post it.

-The first guy in the black, im not sure, anyone?

-second guy in yellow pants, is one of the old Austrian demo team members Richard Berger, now runs his own demo team and certification system in Austria i think.

-red pants - Hannes (Rottensteiner maybe) i dont know what his last name is... another Austrian trainer. Not demo team I dont think,

- The guys with the bibs on, A technical skiing competition that they have in Japan every year, I dont know who they are, Anyone?

- after the comp footage it goes back the the first guy im pretty sure?

- 3:29 back to Ritchie Berger

- 4:53 back to the first guy

-5:33 richie berger

The Ritchie Berger scenes come from his instructional DVD's (this one is from his mogul dvd)
He has 3 that i know of, which i own and they are awesome. the best instructional dvds out there today, hes an exceptional skier, millions of drills and excersizes. If you like instructional dvds this is a must have.

The Hannes footage comes from an interview thing with him that I have seen before...

Dont know where any of the other footage comes from...

anyway i hope all you guys enjoy it!

There's some pretty skiing in there. I like the 'kickin-it old school' technique of the first three.

The guy in the yellow pants at 1:22 reminds me of Squirrel Murphy from 'Hot Dog the Movie'

Sorry I always feel the need to do this for people, I just hate unnecessarily opening new windows...

How about a quick 'how to' tutorial. I've tried it but couldn't get it to work.

Sure, couldn't be easier. Every youtube video has a 'video ID' associated with it.

For example, the ID for the video found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sal4h_bPe4g would be sal4h_bPe4g.

All you have to do is put this ID between youtube tags. In other words, [*youtube]sal4h_bPe4g[*/youtube]

I've added *s before the youtube and /youtube so that you can see the tags. Take away those two *s and you get:

You can get these tags to show up by pressing the youtube button at the top of the reply screen, or just type them in yourself. Then just cut and paste your video ID in, and your done.

The sad thing is, that some folk will view this bump skiing, and because it doesn't look like freestyle bumps (lots of pivot + absorbtion) - they won't think that this is in fact, awesome technical bump skiing!

Great skiing! My friend got a DVD last year of a guy who was absolutely ripping turns on a groomer. All we know is that his name is Ritchie... Probably the same guy.

What I know one is "Buckle Piste Training" and another one "Elegant Skiing". They are all in Japanese. He works in Japan for already some time. Website http://www.sportsunity.com/richi/ Hard to read. You can try send him an email. We have already tried last year but no reply.

Well thanks, but my Japanese is a little rusty

There should be more good quality instructional skiing DVDs out there... in English, of course...

The skier at the start of this video is Martin Googinegre (not sure of the spelling), Googie for short. another austrian skier. Apparently he died in an avalanche.
