look on ebay, there is a guy selling for a great price. They are used, but not much. I almost bought them, but I am looking for 172

i DID buy them. or at least one pair of them. they were used in one of the major magazine tests for just a few days and are in great condition. that seller has several pairs. use the live.com cashback discount to sweeten the deal (which is already pretty good).

Can I ask how much the 4x4's cost you?

I just committed to pick up a pair of Volkl Tigershark 10 ps - guy offered them to me very cheap and new. Plus I had a credit at his shop.

Let us know how it turns out.
Somebody else must have chomped on them too, as there are no more left.

I bought a set of 2009 shes trouble from him, for my wife, and got a heckuva price 314.00 skis, and bindings mounted.

Wow -that's a serious deal. I'm in Toronto Canada and the currency exchange just got hammered this week. Each USD now costs me almots $1.20

Then add shipping, taxes. Then I need the binding mounted ansd the ski ground, edges set. ($50?)

Shazam - good bye cheap skis. 3 weeks ago it would have been no issue. So picking up the TS10 ps at my local. At least there I know i get access to the wintersteiger if I bust them up (these will be tree, all mtn skis. I'm sure they will take shots).

Also intrigued by the idea of the power switch - turning it off to get in the trees, bumps, etc. Had some concern the 4x4 will be a bit too GS like

Current quiver is:
Atomic WC SL Race 165 08
Atomic WC GS 183 09
Fischer WC RC 180
Rossi 9S Oversize Ti

I'm debating selling the Fischers, but thinking of keeping them, i dunno. bah. Used to ski 188 Atomics - don't see why the idea of skiing these new ones has got into my kitchen.
Rossis re pretty skied out (100 days of me @ 200 lbs). Just assumed it might be bad karma to sell worked over skis - any thoughts.

I just picked up one of the ebay contact 4x4 which was used for the magazine test.

I look forward to receiving them. I hope they are as advertised.

They were ~$500 off from what I would have paid new...(local prices)

Ive heard nothing but awesome reports - Course 67's had a great feeling edge - I'd expect similar from this ski.
