Once you learn the lifts I think you will really enjoy lifting. It's very objective so you can see progress as it happens.

Cindy today and I felt awefull. 16 with pathetic push-ups and good pull-ups.
This week, no strength feature??? We did an "after party" 1,2,3...to 10... back to 1 - knees to elbows with a partner for rest. I heard a whole lotta a whinning goin on.
