- Have great customer service skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Have a real passion for customer support.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Have solid PC Hardware knowledge, some network knowledge/experience a plus.
- Answers Help Desk telephone and resolves or refers calls for computer support daily.
- Troubleshoots system problems in order to repair and/or recommend corrective action.
- Provides technical assistance to analyze and solve computer application problems such as improper installation configuration and/or user error.
- Counsels end-users in the use and understanding of system application software.
