Women & ACL Injury

As has been discussed in may threads and articles, women and girls seem to be more susceptible to ACL injury. Reasons include hormonal, Q angle and hamstring/quad imbalance.

Now, a team of researchers have come up with a warmup plan that is helping women prevent this injury. See story here.

What's the typical quad/hamstring strength imbalance ratio like for women? Just curious.
