I've skied both, I like the feel of Scott's skis a lot. They are smooth and damp, the progressive sidecut is something I like also. The shovel initiates quickly and pulls you into the turn but it is very easy to vary the turn shape. Solid and versatile.
The Bridge is a really nice ski also. It has a lighter feel on the snow, the large taper also allows variable turn shapes. The Bridge shares a strong family resemblance to the Karma and the Gotama, two well loved skis that I am not a fan of.
The two skis are a great comparison, they are targeted squarely at the same skier. I find the Scott to be damper and the Volkl to be livelier, personally I like the Scott better.
