bindings for 178cm Scott Santiago Mission

Hi,

I just bought a pair of 178cm Scott Santiago Mission skis from tramdock.com; i couldn't pass them up after I saw that $223 price...

Now, I am looking for some bindings to go along with them - any suggestions?

I am approx 5'11" tall and weigh in at approx 210lbs. I am an advanced skier and I mainly ski Whistler/Blackhomb, and I do have a trip to Vail planned for mid-February.

The tech specs for the ski are:
  • Dimensions: 128/89/115mm
  • Turn Radius: 14.7m
  • Core Material: Hardwood
  • Base: Race finish
  • Tail: Round
Thanks!

I would put a pair of Look PX12 wides on those. You should be able to find a deal on a pair of those for a little over $100 if you can be patient. A full setup for under $350 would be pretty sweet!

I'm in the same boat, same skis, same store, same height, close in weight, not skiing W/BC though (and if I was Vail would not be where I take my vacation!).

I have a pair of Look, I believe they are p12 Jibs sitting idle on a pair of noodled Trouble Makers. Which if memory serves me is just a P12 with the TM scary face graphic. I should be able to get a wide brake for these right?

I completely hear you regarding the vacation; but it's a trip father/son trip that I am not planning - and it is free. I can't complain.

Thanks for the feedback.

I would look at Dynastar/rossi/look PX14 for your size. if you ski aggressively, a 12 din binding is a little on the low side of burliness you want
