To each their own, if you like skiing skis with 11m radius' it doesn't bother me, but personally, I can't see 11m being fun anywhere but a hill with 300 vert, just to make it last.
Even on most groomers, I find I like something about 25m, seems to turn pretty easily.
Anything more feels unnatural to me. Every time I try and make a turn I have to fight the skis into make the turn shape I want, not just SL turns all the time.
Skis with a turning radius from 25-35m feel much more intuitive. It is much easier for me to make different kinds of turns without thinking about it too hard.
