The Movement North American 2008/09 website is up and running.

Looking forward to getting my hands on a pair of 182 Yaka Jams to paly around on. Demo samples were only available in 164 last winter. Super fun playful ski.

Purchased a pair of Thunders this off season and have been stairing at them for month's... Can't wait to let those bad boys fly......

I bought a pair of 187 Thunders last year and they are by far the greatest ski I have been on. Have Snoops and tried Monsters 88, but the Thunders just crushed the junked up snow and are an all around powerful ski. These bad boys have no speed limit and carve a beautiful turn.

The gutcher is I picked up a pair of 190 Goats last season and my buddy tried the Movement Goliath after trying my Thunders and he ended up loving them. Needless to say he bought a pair and I wish I would have picked up a pair instead of the Goats. I have been a volkl guy for years, but any new ski purchase I feel my dollars will go to Movement.

Yep, use to be a Volkl guy too. Bought my Thunders mid season last year and sold my other skis to buy some Goliaths. Bought some Praxis Pows last week. I am ready for winter. Movement makes the best skis I have ever been on. Just quality construction that absolutely rip.

Hey 1SDskier, I live in SD too. Hope I can catch up to you at Mammoth this season.

Hey Liv2ski,

My first trip to mammoth will probably be in Dec/Jan depending on conditions... I based my purchase of the Thunders after reading alot of your reviews, as well as others, we will see.. Based on what everybody says I feel for my style and need for speed these SHOULD be the right call...

I'm thinking of putting the Saloman STH 14'S on them, any thoughts?

P.S. Buckeye I too have the Goats as my other pair of fats.. The only complaint I have is that I can find a speed limit, otherwise for deeper days they rip and are VERY easy to maneuver in tight spots....

The solie STH bindings would be great. I used rail flex bindings so I could adjust the mount point quickly, but really no need. Mount them on the line, you will be stoked. Good luck finding a speed limit on the Thunders. They are my fastest skis, ever Just don't let them buck you in the back seat. Not a good place to be on those skis. Lean into them and drive them hard. They are awesome skis to carve on or just blow crud up with.
See ya up there

The new Goliaths look so cool. The night I saw them, I am dreaming about scoring a pair. Guess I will be watching the February on sales closely for a new pair to replace my 06/07 vintage.

These skis suck, don't buy them

Don't count on them getting discounted.

Movement is still a pretty limited brand in the US. There is a very small number of 191's going into the US this winter.

The ski sold out last year.

If you want them, buy them before they are gone.
