Olin Mark VI I think.

I agree, they look like Olins, which would make sense because John Eaves did the ski stunt work in those movies, and he was sponsored by Olin.

They were Olins. In more recent movies he's been on Rosignol.

Hi all you Olin Freaks.

The skis are Olin Mark VI with Tyrolia 360RD Bindings BUT did you know the serial number is 200/203 J31526 !!.

I was the Olin Importers in the UK and we had to supply the skis to Eon Productions (makers of the Bond films).

4 pairs were supplied - 2 "clean" pairs for the Lotus and 2 pairs to be skied on - 1 by John Eaves (contracted to Olin/Garmont/Tyrolia/Look Poles) and 1 for Roger Moore (the above pair).

Either of the 2 clean pairs were used for close up shots as both used pairs showed serious signs of ski damage.

Before the film Roger Moore had to take skiing lessons at a dry ski slope - you should have seen my face when he introduced himself - small world.

Really?  I thought skiing down boblsed courses and across picnic tables was normal wear and tear.  It is by today's standards anyway...
