Name this trail - Page 26

Ok, here's a different twist on this game: Name This Ski Area

This one might help out:

Two hints, both kind of obvious:

1. It's in New England
2. It's no longer open

Little Rose it is.  Just a little ways up Gold Hill from Electra.  They do look very similar looking back up the run.

Looks like either Choker or Stemwinder at Snowshoe to me ... sans the snow guns

Farther South.  It's already been guessed much earlier in the thread and appears again in the same post as the adjacent run on the same mountain summer photo.

Here is one from my vacation this month.  Coverage is a little sparse!  Name the trail in the foreground.

Crap... Cannon, lol... the name evades me and I don't wanna cheat

If you recognize the trail, I think refreshing your memory with a trail map is ok.   It was the idea of figuring one out JUST from the trail map that struck me as against the spirit of the game.

That was taken looking out toward Cody Ridge? (Cody Peak is just to the right of the picture) from Rendezvous Bowl at Jackson. I cannot decide if it was taken from right next to Corbet's Couloir or from further over to skier's right in Rendezvous Bowl.  I also think it may have been taken from right in front of Corbet's Cabin.

Yup, Just to the right and below Corbet's Cabin.  We were on vacation in Yellowstone/ Grand Tetons last month and took the tram at Jackson.

I found a photo in my collection that was taken from almost the same spot, but in winter.

Here's one to guess ...

Oh one more as well ...

That's easy.  That'd be called a "Snowboarder sitting in the middle of a trail".  They're kinda like squirrels on oak trees, they're freakin' everywhere and if you seen one you seen them all.

Oh, you meant the trail, not the thing on it?  Never mind.

Yeahhh ... if there were 12 boarders here, it would have to be Snowshoe, WV - the snowboard gaper, mouth breathing, sit in the middle of the trail Capital of the World.  With this is one guy, it was his first trip to the Rockies and his "WOW" factor was maxed out at the moment.  Happens to the best of us

It's in New Hampshire, that much is right... but not mittersill.  I used to go blueberry picking here when I was like 5 or 6 (I'm 27 now, and it was closed then too) and hadn't been back until this summer.  Unfortunately all the blueberry bushes were gone.  Turns out the snowmobile trails go right across the top of it, so I might try to get back there this winter and make some turns!  There was actually some new construction going on there *HINT*  It looks like they were clearing a trail or two for something or other, and had built a new building at the base.
