32 Degrees Fahrenheit in the Mitten

Its Dark o' thirty in the AM here in Michigan, and 32 degrees F.
You know what that means?

Besides the fact the my tomatoes froze

Good morning from another early riser. It's supposed to hit 34 degrees in Central Maine tonight. It looks like winter may actually be on its way...YEAH...

Personally I love Sept/Oct. weather. Great for cycling, hiking, motorcycling and even getting yard work done. It's 40-50 mornings and 60-70 for daytime highs...PERFECT

I don't even start thinking about WINTER and skiing till after
Thanksgivings (and I don't mean Canadian Thanksgiving either!)

Here in JH- best two months of the year are Sept Oct. Usually dry clear, but 20-30 mornings.

It was a low of 28 a couple days ago about 30 miles west of here.....

Chill, dooooood, I'm not arguing, just sayin........its all good!

I sat on my front porch in my fluffy robe and coffee this morning, enjoying the frost. Nuthin's gonna rile me up today!

It was 48 in Chicago, I put on a few more layers for biking at dawn.

Nice to hear it. Despite having been snowed on in August, so far September has been dry and warm here. I was up on the glacier sunday, and there was meltwater everywhere.

Last season started October 5...that's coming right up.

Last night was nice...got down to 48 here...now if its 48 here, Whiteface peak must be ripe for snow.
