Hey fellow bears,

This season, I'll have a 3 bedroom ski house with a finished basement open for fellow bears. $25/night to help us cover utilities. the basement has radiant heated floors and enough room for 8 people. (4 full sized airmattresses)

we will suppy the airmattresses, you bring the sheets, pillows blankets.

If you're looking to ski the best snow in the east for cheap, and can sacrifice a bit of privacy, then message me on here or better yet, PM me

About me, and the current house shares

I am 24, work for an environmental engineeering firm in cambridge, live in boston. I'm usually in bed by 10, but that doesnt mean i cant party. usually i'll hit up the JVI for a few beers after a long day of glade skiing, then crash and do it all over again.

my girlfriend, 25, lives and works in boston, 2nd year skiing, i taught her last year, (almost caused a break up) but now she's skiing blacks.

My friend Nils, 23, lives works in boston, snowboarder, goes way too fast for his own good. good kid, quiet, usually loses a watch, or his cellphone during powder days.

Mike, 28, and his wife. they share room #2. Mike lives and works in boston, went to UVM, skied jay peak all year in 2002, excited to see if the jay cloud has another 488 inches this year.

chris, 42. father of two skiing-addicted kids, 4 and 6yrs old. chris comes up on week days only.

Adam 32, and "Tilson" 32, die hard skiers live in allston, ma. share room #3 and ski weekends.

If i get enough interest, i will head up there in the end of september take pictures and a "MTV cribs" style video for youtube so you guys can get a feel for the digs.

Hey, I'm 26, work in Watertown, and live in Malden. My fiancee is 28, and is going into her fourth season skiing. I work part time for the Jay ski school and usually stay with friends when I go up... but it sounds like we should probably try to hook up sometime this winter! Where is your house? You said you go to the JVI, so I assume it's on that side of the hill? I generally stay in Montgomery and drink at the Snowshoe (after a few in the bootroom of course!) but I can be convinced to drive down the "wrong side" of the hill every now and again. If nothing else, we should send our girls off together while we hike the ridge, BJ, etc...

I'm pretty much set on doing this with you btw, get online so we can finalize everything. I have a few friends stoked to go up a few times for the 25 a night price tag. JayPowHound, where do you live in Malden. I'm in Melrose and my girlfriend lives in Malden.

Hey guys... yea, we're pretty much all set for places to crash in Montgomery but I will def. hook up and make some turns or drink some beers with y'all! I don't know how familiar you are with the mountain, but I have over 300 days there from the past 4 years so I think it's pretty safe to say that I know where I'm going. i'd be happy to show you around to some of the stashes!

Hey I will definitely be up for this house. I have at least 4 other friends, all die hard Jay fans, who will be in on it too. Some time in late December/early January would be ideal (college break). I believe you may have been in touch with one of my friends through Facebook actually. Sounds like a pretty sick set up!

Skieast, where are you attending school this semester? I'm currently interning at Brown Brothers Harriman in the city until mid January.

How much notice do you need? I don't have any trips to Jay planned for this coming, but love to ski there and will, given good conditions, jump in the car and drive up on a thursday night to do a long weekend at Jay.
