Definitely mount them up. On one hand, you'll learn very quickly that "turn radius" is a term that was essentially meaningless until not all that many years ago. Better still, ANY new-generation ski is going to feel OUTSTANDING once you've spent a few runs on the old ones.
Great ski! I've got a pair of 206cm G9's that I still ski once or twice every year. They're fun, but you need quite a bit of room if you want to try to turn them using "modern" movements.
That ought to work Bob, maybe they will make me a better "modern" skier. Well Maybe.........
