I actually worked out yesterday

Don't have a gym membership but have some simple stuff at home. Figured I better start doing something with skiing season coming. Been walking a lot in summer but that's it.


a few body weight split squats.

a few sets of a arm exercises with light dumbbells while standing on dyna-discs, a surprisingly good core workout.

treadmill-- 5 minute warm-up, 25 minutes intervals with 60 second bout and 95 second recovery, 5 minute cool-down.

Felt pretty good. Now if I can just get myself to do it three days a week for a few weeks. I might also go back to doing "Sharpen your Edges" soon.

Good job, first step is the longest. Stick to it, ramp it up and get addicted. I always find that Ski porn on the tv is a huge help while working out.
