Where are the rest of the SKI tests?

I just read through the new 2009 gear test edition, from SKI magazine.

SKI only reports about the top picks; where is the info on the rest of the skis, the one's not deemed to be the best.

Sure, they'll put those in too, and ensure the ad budget goes up for all the ones they identified as substandard. Imagine how much got spent to get some of those beauties included .

Can't wait until next month for DV to get its second "best" resort title .

just guessing, but they may bury them to avoid offending potential advertisers

I think they're all on Joe Cutts' computer.

The good ones haven't even made it to my mailbox yet.

Very interesting that there is not one Head ski reviewed. I wonder if Head didn't submit ski's. Any Head reps out there know?

BTW- did anyone find is strange that there were few powder skis listed in the powder ski section? This was a very odd review, even by thier standards.

They will never see the light of day.

Come on... There were plenty of skis missing. Head and Elan stick out. That was an odd review to say the least.

A friend once asked me the purpose of the ski magazines. I said to instruct, to give information about ski areas, and to give us general knowledge about skiing. He said no, it's about selling advertising. Do you see why Head who has no advertising in Ski magazine didn't have any skis tested. I tried to Email Ski to ask about Head skis and my Email was sent back 3 times.

Maybe the Head skis are the ones that they left out. Maybe they think Heads are not worthy anymore. And maybe Heads are not really as good as that indicated by all of the positive posts on EpicSki (how is this even possible?). Don't get me wrong - I'm just speculating since I haven't been on a pair of Heads in over 35 years (and they sucked or maybe it was my technique that sucked...).

maybe Head didn't submit any skis and felt the fee at the door wasn't worth the crappy, biased- unscientific "reviews"? is there really any ski line in the market with truly poor performing skis? I sense a pilot with with a invalid liscense.......... (and I don't own any Head ski's)

Maybe they have the only endorsement they need.
