It's certainly apparant that the Chinese network infrastructure natzis block access everywhere.

:I work with some folks in our Bejing offices. We do have live realtime desktop to desktop connection (sharing) via netmeeting, WebEx, and Meetlingplace so they could certainly netmeeting to another machine in the US (or elsewhere) then browse the internet freely cause then they would just be driving the overseas machine remotely.
Short of Chinese Secret Service watching
every desktop 24/7 that might be a workaround to the crackdown.
I guess the teeth come in when they make examples out of folks caught doing that..
