FD,
Keep up the good work! It's gonna be hard to keep up with ya.

Two years ago, I was rehabbing a miniscus problem and the leg specific training for that enabled the best skiing of my life. Last year, I did much less training and paid the price both in aerobic and muscle fitness. My goal for this year is to return to the level of 2 years ago.

I've been cycling 5x's per week for a month, but, my body tells me it's too soon to do more than low speed 45 min rides.

I also picked up a Total Gym for $20 at a yard sale. Using that mostly on upper body and core muscles to date.

Plan to rejoin a Gym in Sept to concentrate on leg strength.

I've gained 20+ pounds with this pregnancy. Should have my new little ski bunny within the next 3-4 weeks. My goal is to be back in pre-prego form by ski season!

My fitness goals:

1. Get the last 1% of strength and flexibility back into my ACL-repaired knee so it matches the non-injured leg. Almost there.

2. Improve overall fitness level by reducing body fat percentage to 12.5%. Have a ways to go but should be there my Oct 1st.

Not yet. It's on my list.

Of course, I didn't want a wii. She wanted wii fit, so I had to get a wii so she could have wii fit.
(that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!)
