Not that its skiable, but anytime its 90 plus locally; and snowing somewhere; my ears perk up.

I heard on the radio that its dumping snow all over Northern Idaho, and Missoula and Spokane are getting greamed; and low and behold - they are:

spokane webcams(check the passes):
http://www.spokanecity.org/services/webcams/

and the snoqualmie cams:
http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/passes/snoqualmie/ - i loved cam #2. "I fought an avalanche, and the avalanche won." - it's down until enough snow melts on the pass that they can fix it.

We just had the coldest first week in June on record (Juneuary). It's more like November or December out there.

This morning Bachelor reported 23 at the base, 15 at the summit. The US Ski Team has been grooming the XC trails, but I thought it sounded a bit cold and scratchy. I waited until 1:30 by which time it had warmed to 29 and all the ice was covered by fresh powder.

Not bad for June.

Snow

We still have not reached 80 degrees this year. Prediction is 74 for a high this weekend and that will be warm enough to go golfing, that is if the course dry out enough. River and stream fishing out until at least mid July. Heck it will be winter/fall again before it drys out up here.
