What are your top 5 freestyle tricks?

We've got the Kangaroo at No. 5 and the Pistol at No. 2.

Check out all the videos and the other three trick placements here.

Do you agree?

I'd say this is the best of all time:

Thanks Phil for posting it in the Old School Freestyle thread

I like the Pistol. That and the kangaroo are nutters. Double Lincolns are farked too.

But, I have yet to ever see what I have been dreaming of throwing for about 6 years. A misty5 in to a D-spin 5 out. I can visualize it, but I'll likely never have the balls and the hit available on the same day. (Once you start getting older, you start dreaming up things you know you'll likely never pull off. which is fine.)

I also dream of throwing a misty7 Rocket grab off an AK spine. Someday. when I'm rich. And if my balls ever get super gigantic, I'll try the cab misty5 rocket grab off of KW's Kodak Rock. (Do it shoe... do it.)

I'd argue that a front flip is a bit more difficult cause you can't spot the landing as easily
Stein Ericksen was a madmann, check out his gear!

That's some nice footage of Stein at Highlands.

I've never seen that.

Thanks.

:I was waiting for more Hot Dog Movie references.
As long as we're including ballet, I always liked the tip/tail spins and the "guts" version pole flips
post #15 of 18
Glen Plakes on one ski, other dragging tip behind him. And he did something on Snow What film when he slipped onto his ass, kinda rolled then picked back up.

actually the most ballsy trick there is would be the "BASE BITE" its when you cross one ski over to the opposite side it should be on then pull the tail up to your mouth and bite the tail of the ski

I remember seeing him dragging his tip, but that was more clowning around than an actual freestyle trick. Not terribly impressive. Anyone can do that, but it could lead to binding screws pulling out.

The other trick you saw was a worm turn.
