Great snow yesterday just ask Pete and Ski Merlin 4" of fresh on the Mtn. More in some areas than others N. aspects lasted longer.

Help break the 1997 Silver Sat record of the 1st weekend of June, they'll remain open Saturdays until they have less than 1000 riders. Over 100" base.

If you go, the gondola begins uploading at 7:00 a.m. and the lifts open at 8:00 a.m. Lifts close at 3:00 p.m.

Resonate, were you there Sat. Ski Merlin and I were skiing at 8:01 and had good powder skiing until about 11. Free beer, comppliments of
Dave Smith Motors. Great Day. Teledancer even let me break trail for him on Wardners high traverse.

Yes. But I didn't know about the early start and wasn't skiing until a little before 9:00.

Pete, thanks for the invitation. I won't be skiing this Saturday. I'll be listening to a speaker from Eastern Washington University talking about global climate change.

It is ironic that we had one of the snowiest winters on record at the same time that Arctic sea ice is thinning/disappearing at a rapid rate and massive blocks of ice are breaking away from the Antarctic ice shelves.

First day of real spring skiing and lots of snow for the 3rd and they will be open again on May 10th, yeah.

Well it's the 10th and they will be open the next two Sats and Sun the 25th as well. More great spring skiing and better coverage than we've seen in many seasons.

Pete was smiling.

Silver Sat/Sun the 24/25th?

Rolled into the parking lot and the gondola was down so no skiing the 17th, they still hope to be open Memorial Weekend.

Sorry Richard I called the night before and they said NO. Boy you ought to see the St.Maries and St. Joe rivers they are a Rising. All our good powder coming down the rivers. Cataldo is supposed to go under Monday. So no skiing, went and played 9 holes this morning. Rust really shows 48 with one par - ugh.

Hey they were giving out tickets for next season, for us fools who drove without checking, so I got one. Brett and Jeff said they would keep the website up to date on the repairs so we may still ski Memorial day weekend.
Otherwise it's chores for me.

Skiing the 24th still pretty good but 3' of snow had vanished in the last two weeks, 7:30 start very nice for skiing before it starts to stick,

They are threatening to try and be open the 1st of June Sunday snow permitting.:

I had a good time, skiing until about 11:00 a.m.

It was pretty sticky in places but it sure beat staying home!

teledance, was that you skiing with one other tele-skier?

Silver Sunday

Skiing at 0730 this Sun. morning. Good until about 10AM then got pretty sticky. Wardner, Prospector etc. good in AM early. Saw Teledancers gorgeous Jeep in the parking lot but didn't see him up on the hill. Good 2 hours of skiing in AM. Beats my golf game.

Saying they will be open June lst.

Pete you missed rope drop Van was there and he waited for you instead of racing the rest of us to chair 2. I skied chair 2 for a hour hitting Tall Paul and Heaven then started skiing Sunset and North Face until it got too sticky on lower Centennial, then home to chores.

The Mtn is threatening to be open Sunday June 1st, if the snow holds, odds are 50/50.
