How may I find exact center of my knee mass , myself ? I have no any proper tool .

Have someone eyeball it from dead in front of each knee. Trust your eye (or theirs!), it will be pretty accurate.
FYI, center of knee mass will almost never be the center of your kneecap.
Don't get fooled into thinking there is just one "magic" point. There are just starting points and then fine tuning by skier preference. I would shoot for a range of:
1) 1.5 cm inside(medial) of center seam to 1 cm outside (lateral) of center seam
This will give you a good starting point, then fine tune by on snow reaction from there. Each skier is different, with different needs.
