If you understood the sport, you'd know why there isn't hitting in Girls/Womens hockey.
Don't give me that . I have played the sport for 8 years and have been a NJD season ticket holder for 5 years.
Provide your argument . Many say it should be in the sport there's articles on deadspin espn etc.
They are calling it hockey. what they are playing is not hockey .
The only argument you have is new girls would less likely want to try hockey with hitting . Fine take up figure skating .
If you want want to get hit don't play football play soccer . Don't change something great

Doubtful . Look at Wayne Gretzky he could barely bench 45lbs his freshmen year and struggled to put up 115lbs in the weight room . Wasn't super fast either . But he had exceptional awareness to avoid getting laid out . And he was a nice guy so no one felt great about laying him out .
