Worked on the place through out the summer.
All new furniture...mostly, including all new beds.
Master Br is upstairs by itself...very, very large. King bed with attached fully new bath. Fire place with glass door cover is in this room as well.
Two Queen rooms. One big room for the kids....two sets of bunk beds 4 twins.
LR has a very large stone rustic fireplace. Wood is in place.
THe attached garage may fit two cars (deep), there is an attached shed that would be great for ATVs or SnoMobiles.
Mud and ski storage room, coat room. Hopefully I will have the boot dryer built for the season. There is also a ski turning room...I am trying to set up a bench, if I have time. We are painting every room in the home, very nicely.
LR will have cable (one other tv somewhere else not sure where yet, will also have cable) We have a phone, but no plans for HS internet at this time. There will be dial up.
Home is single family style on wooded one acre lot, that backs up to the ADK park. If you speak to a local, you can find your way down from the mountain by skiing or hiking. Its all straight down hill. We are one mile from the Gore access road and then its a mere minute to the lifts/Gondola parking.
Gore is a great family destination...good beginner runs that are fully separated from intermediates....lots of interm separated from the steep and long expert trails. Whole new mtn this year..burnt ridge with a HS quad.
If you have not skied Gore...you owe iit to yourself. 100 percent snow making on the mountain. Lots of water from the Hudson. People are friendly, no crowds, byob on the deck overlooking the slopes. Skiing old style, the way it is supposed to be.

Max occupancy...8 adults....one renter must be over 25. 10 total adults and kids.
