Hey milesb, thank YOU for the entertainment, thrills and spills Sunday at Deer Valley!

Even though it was snowing sideways, visibility at times pretty much zero, I thank you (and ryan) for leading me into the bumps and chunks of the blues.

Weems--you would have been astounded at what I did! Of course, I whined a little....but I did have fun.

Thanks also to TR@DV! It was good to meet you and ski your cool mountain! Did you get your, ahem, antifreeze?

Good fun, everyone, and can't wait to do it again!

BOnni, when Mark and I finished skiing Stein's way, and I did NOT yell at him for taking me down something to challenging, he screamed out THANK YOU WEEMS WESTFELDT!!!

What trails did you ski on Sunday?

It was great to put faces with those i have met here. Ryan, Bonnie, Miles Oboe.
Iam sorry we got split up on Thursday. I did try to find you all after stopping to watch the events on Bald Eagle. Also i'm sorry that we didn't get any runs togehter on Sunday. But life as a supervisor, demanded my attention. It had it since 6:30 am.
I hope that you all will come back out again soon. And i will take the day off.

Thanks, Todd! We did enjoy our day at DV. Bonni is right and she is wrong: She skied beautifully. She and her guru Weems can be proud.

However, as is her trademark, she did NOT "whine a little" - she whined a LOT in the "before" part of a run and was a happy camper after successfully meeting the challenge.

The "sideways snow" only occurred at the end of the day on the "Wasatch Express" area - and conditions were great before AND after that on all other parts of the resort. The on-mountain food was absolutely superb. . . as was the company. Thanks, all, for a happy day!

What, you guys didn't dig the ice shrapnel and skiing blind? Come ON!!!
The ice shrapnel was annoying, the skiing blind was scarey, and when you dropped back from leading the pack, we thought we'd be toast . . . or ce cubes, whatever.

BUT: Everything else was great!
