Taos and Angel Fire Spring Break

How bad will Taos and Angelfire be March 15 - 22 crowd wise? How about conditions wise. I'm looking for a drive from Dallas. I'm wondering if it will be just too crowded and poor snow conditions. If so what else should I consider driving, not too much further. Are they letting snowboarders into Taos? What will that do to conditions and crowds?

FYI Intermediate, only ski once a year. I do blues mostly, but do occasional black and some green at end of the day if there are some trees to be had. Prefer skiing around trees.

Taos is going to be crowded. Not only with spring break, but also on March 19th Taos opens up to snowboarding for the first time, and reports are that most if all lodging is already booked up.

I don't know about Angelfire, but in general most ski areas are packed at spring break, and the lines will be long. There's a chance Ski Santa Fe might not be that crowded, cause a bunch of boarders will be at Taos. We just got a good dumping of fresh powder here, and the conditions should be good during spring break.
