How often should hotboxing be?

Long story short, local shop is getting a hotbox next year and I know a whole bunch of people there and get free tuning and such. Same goes for another shop that I will be passing every weekend next year. How often should hotboxing be done, and how is waxing done between 2 hotbox sessions?

Do it as often as you want. Its great to do with new skis/boards. And would be a great thing to do at the end or beginning of the season. If you had a critical race coming up, it wouldn't be a bad idea to do it then, just make sure you finish with the right wax for expected conditions.

I don't know what, if any, effect the hotboxing has on ski bindings. I've only ever hot boxed boards - and I obviously take the bindings off for that.

It really depends on the density of the hair and the rate of hair growth... oh, and how often will the area be viewed? Less activity would require less 'maintanance'.
