I am an intermediate skier, have a pair of 2 year old Nordica Speedmachine 8 boots. my street shoe is 11, boots are 28.5. Noticed a loosening up of the fit this season that is at the limit of what tighter buckling can effect. I think the boot was a good choice for me at the time, but as I've improved I'm looking for better, tighter fit. Will new liners solve that problem? What are the best options there? Or is it time for new boots? If so, recommendations for an East coast student of carving?
